Exchange & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Exchanges

We’re happy to arrange an exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • You ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for another size (subject to availability). Please note that delivery fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.
  • Exchange requests should be made within 2 days of delivery.

In-Store Exchanges

  • Items purchased online can be exchanged in our physical store.
  • For a size swap, the original purchase price of the item still applies.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Products that cannot be returned:
    • Heavy equipment that has been assembled (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, home gyms, trampolines).
    • Underwear, swimwear, and socks.

International Orders

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Lebanon.
  • If your item arrives with a defect, please note that import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

When a Refund is Possible

  • If your item has a manufacturing defect.
  • If you received the wrong product.

Conditions

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 2 working days of receiving your order using our contact form.
  • Delivery fees are not refundable — they will be deducted from the refund amount.
