Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Exchanges
We’re happy to arrange an exchange if:
- You received the wrong product.
- You ordered the wrong size and would like to exchange for another size (subject to availability). Please note that delivery fees for exchanges are covered by the customer.
- Exchange requests should be made within 2 days of delivery.
In-Store Exchanges
- Items purchased online can be exchanged in our physical store.
- For a size swap, the original purchase price of the item still applies.
- Exchanges must be for items of equal or greater value.
Returns
Returns are only accepted if:
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- Products that cannot be returned:
- Heavy equipment that has been assembled (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, home gyms, trampolines).
- Underwear, swimwear, and socks.
International Orders
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside Lebanon.
- If your item arrives with a defect, please note that import duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
When a Refund is Possible
- If your item has a manufacturing defect.
- If you received the wrong product.
Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 2 working days of receiving your order using our contact form.
- Delivery fees are not refundable — they will be deducted from the refund amount.
